Whenever I download any application it shows download pending [duplicate]

WHILE i was using aquafish firstly everything working fine. google play store, android apps everything. but while using this apps on mobile data my handset was continuously switched off, one time i was unable to send any msg . so, i just format i device , since that day my every problem was solved like switch off problem was finished, msg was send, but after that i am unable to download every android app in starting it was shown update your google play services. when i update that then it shown download pending. I left my phone complete one day on WI-FI connection but seen next it still shown download pending.... Now, tell me what should i do i didn't hv time to visit service center....
