I unapplied all patches from patchmanager. i looked for applications like phonebook or call recorder and there was no app like those!

I downloaded and clicked to update. Then it said me that couldnt then clicked ok. now when it is opened then the screen is black! What should i do?

i dont wanna make a factory setting because of whatsapp chats. but when i chosed shell from recovery screen then i couldnt reach home directory. How can i get my data (Whatsapp Chats and android sstorage) or reopen the phone at last working state?

Try to find the /data/media folder. (It's not in /home/nemo, but in root). In /data/media/WhatsApp/Databases you'll find *.crypt12 files, which are needed for restore. https://faq.whatsapp.com/de/android/20887921 You might copy the whole /data/media folder as well, that's the folder named "sdcard" from Androids viewpoint.

I recommend to use the physical SD-card as android storage in general, as described in https://together.jolla.com/question/40802/how-to-format-your-usd-card-to-share-space-with-android/ After my personal update desaster a few days ago I just needed to redo this and reinstall WhatsApp. It restored my chat protocol automatically, because the data on the SD-card was untouched, of course. The card space is shared, so you can easily use the card for Jolla backups and so on as well.

You need to mount home. See here for more info: https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202514138-How-to-copy-data-from-Home-to-SD-card-in-Recovery-Mode

I need to backup fro example whatsapp. I backedup from whatsapp inside but it backs up its installed directory. so that, i need to find those files but now i cant!

Sorry, I've never used the android support so I don't have a clue. But I suppose it's on some other subvol?
