I found this

but its terribly outdated.

Is this the actual (read : shipped) version? If not, any idea where I can get the recent ones?

Except the sailfish-browser project, there are some other components necessary for the browser:

QtMozEmbed - Qt bindings (upstream)
Embedding components (upstream)
Gecko with embedlite - browser engine with embedding API (upstream)
Search engines
