in the jolla store theres the yalp appstore available, but its not in the category "marketplaces". this makes it hard to find! or better said people wont know its available when its not in "marketplaces".

please fix that! :)

ps: i know this is probably not jollas fault but i guess they can easily fix that!

and where is it hidden? Search will not find yalp.

when searching for "yalp", yalp store is literally the first result. at least on jolla 1, sfos v2.1.2.3

my Aquafish finds it, my XperiaX doesn't. So I loaded YalpStore from F-Droid, but it does not recognize my bought apps. (maybe needs Gapps installed?)

Android apps are not visible in the store yet for Xperia X, see this answer

Can't find Yalp in Jolla Store, but in F-Droid. Are Yalp and F-Droid thrustworthy? (I'm new here, please explain)

It is not an accident, Jolla forbids this. Quoting Jolla Harbour QA:

Marketplace is reserved for Aptoide and other possible partner stores. When Marketplace is set the application is shown in startup wizard so thats why we can not approve anyone else to use it.

fdroid isnt a partner either, as the app in the jolla store apparently isnt even from the fdrood guys.

but after some back and forth jolla also put fdroid in marketplaces, where it should be, no matter the internal issues.

funny thing you quote that as - as i just asked in another question here - aptoide renamed their app to"store" which should really be forbidden by jolla.. and not user friendly options like that...

@kaktux: Everything is ok with the Android "Store" (Aptoide). It's Jolla which renamed the app and also added the logo, they are using the Aptoide Partner Program for that. See here: https://www.aptoide.com/partners?lang=en

That's why some options and content differ from the unmodified Aptoide app.
