Installing Sailfish X required additional step

My two cents: 1) I had to do an additional step: I had to enable developer mode and then the unlock feature in the development menu of Xperia X. 2) Grouping the steps into download, unlocking, and flashing would be a good idea.
Yes, I don't know why this is considered to be a step that can be left out most of the times people make guides, but on the other hand it has a few handful items mentioning it here in TJC and about the same in TMO.
