2.1.2.3 russian keyboard layout [duplicate]

After upgrade to 2.1.2.3 I am lost russian keyboard layout. How to restore this layout?

install russian keyboard layout:
open terminal
devel-su
pkcon install jolla-keyboard-layout-russian

I have J_C(ex.AF). I had 3 kbd layouts after upgrade. I restored all layouts after Reset device and upgrade step by step to 2.1.2.3.
