(Jolla1) (bug?) 2.1.2.3 - Networking probably doesn't start

Hello,
I did not find, if anybody had issues too, after an update and reboot, phone does not see any SIM (there is no signal in the corner), cannot enable Wifi/BT. Shutdown and starting the phone again does not help, reboot neither, in settings I do have some sailfish utilities, where is "Network restart", it does not work (just loading and nothing happens)
Can somebody help me ?

BTW: I have tried to look through Cml, I see that connman.service was set to "disabled", I have enabled it and give it "start" the service, but nothing happens (phone is working, but service is not starting, no error, stuck)
Bobsikus ( 2017-10-16 16:21:33 +0300 )editAny 3rd party other half attached (TOHKB etc...)? There was a problem when phone was rebooted with such Other Halves attached. Workaround: start the phone without other half, then put it back once phone is fully up.
