[bug] Device not automatically locked as it should be after a lipstick restart

i have a jp1 with sfos 2.1.2.3.
I usually use the lock-screen with pwd on my phone, and it is locked directly as soon as the display is down.
Then if i let restart lipstick from utility function i notice that the phone goes black (normal).
After the restart the lock-screen appears and it isn't lock with the request of pwd
Means, I just have to swish on the side for the release, and no pwd is asked.
For me is not that ideal
I imagine if i restart lipstick and let my phone alone for doing something else and forget that is not locked.
Then any one could give a look inside in my back... weird not?
I don't know if it's a bug or a feature, but i wish that is already locked after the lipstick is restarted.
I imagine that is quite simple to fix for next Release.
Maybe it is not.
I'm curious about outcome of this report...
