Jolla 1 - SFOS 2.1.2.3, Xperia X - SFOS 2.1.3.5
Sorry, should this question bother anybody, but I´m not too deep into technical details - although I love Sailfish. :) Can anybody please advise if there´s a chance to use my Pebble 2 HR with any of above phones, for sure preferrably with the Xperia X?
I´ve currently got 2 issues with this: A) Pebble connects via Bluetooth with the Xperia X, but the App doesn´t seem to notice this (still missing BT LE support?) and B) Pebble App 4.4 is crashing soon after it´s started. Has anybody got any idea if / how or when I could use my Pebble with any of above devices? - I don´t need a permanent connection, just an occiasional one for adjusting time, watchfaces etc..
Any support would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot and best regards, MaTi

Pebble App 4.4 ?? That sounds like the Android app for Pebble. That will not work on any Sailfish device. You need to use Rockpool instead, install it by using Warehouse.

nick75, thanks for your support - App can be downloaded and openes without crashing. But unfortunately it seems to be missing LE Support - as advised by ghlin.

@MaTi , ok, sorry, I didn't know that Pebble 2 was BLE only. I had original Pebble and Pebble Time Steel with my Jolla 1.

Unfortunately, Rockpool still does not have support for bluetooth LE. Since the Pebble 2 only supports LE, it currently can't be used with Rockpool. I can't tell you about the Pebble Android App and it's (in)compatibility with AlienDalvik, but if it crashes it's probably not gonna work.

Thanks, ghlin, you are right. - So... I`ll have to wait and hope...
