[Xperia X] clear media database fault [duplicate]

I seems have some problems with the media database. the media player shows playing time of all my mp3 tites with 00:00 sec. and i can't see any own ringtones, stored in my Music folder, within ambience. I wanted to clear the media database within sailfish utilities but i get following answer: Clear:fault. What's going wrong? Is it possible to repair the database at another way?
