[Bug] delete all contacts removes info but not entry

Hi,
on my XperiaX (SFOS X) I've just played around CardDav with Owncloud (10) and decided to do some cleanup. So, I've backed up everything, deactivated CardDav and all sync account and in Settings>Apps>Contact choose the delete all contacts entry. The operation is indicated as successful.
So, even after rebooting, my contacts names are still there, but numbers and infos seem removed (didn't check on every of my 200+ contacts).
Am I the only one to have this contact deletion issue?
Edit: after checking, some contacts still have addresses, some other still have phone numbers or som kind of info, some are intact.
Edit2: I also suspect the CardDav sync to be active even when deactivated as I've got lots of duplicates entries at a moment..
All type of accounts seem to be some kind of active, when they are disabled: Disabled email account is still receiving
