Secure connection setup failed

Hi there... This is more "dev" question but I must ask: During development, sometimes I am getting this error "Secure connection setup failed" in the console. It is often case on the simple Image { } or Video { } component on some servers when including media over HTTPS. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
