Hi,

After recharging my phone the blue lights shines when ever the screen went off. Pressing the power button will turn on the screen and turn off the LED, but as soon as the screen turns off, the blue LED shines again. Recharging again doesn't help, the LED is still shining. Only a reboot resets the LED status. Can anyone confirm that this is a bug? Is there a possibility to reset the LED status without rebooting the phone?

Phone: sony xperia X with SFOS 2.1.3.5.

Regards, Stefan

I got this same behaviour immediately after installing Signal and Telegram messaging apps (via Yalp store)

Yes I have had this issue couple times. So light blue led stays on after unplugging the charger. When phone is active led is off but after turning screen off led in on again. Here's photo about led This has happened with 2.1.3.7. and earlier release.

I had this issue today, too. Sailfish X 2.1.3.7. Screen on -> LED off. Screen off -> LED on. This issue appeared after unplugging the charger. Reset brought the LED back to normal.

The fact that blue led is shown might indicate problems with acknowledging SMS notification too - if you get the issue again, please check whether there is something in the notification area (and try to dismiss them).

From led status point of view just restarting mce should have about the same result as rebooting the whole device:

systemctl restart mce

Apart from the led color this sounds similar to another report: https://together.jolla.com/question/169321/xperia-x-white-led-stuck-on-after-charging/ - has some more info about debugging and such.
