I'm planing to buy inoi r7 device, but "Sailfish OS RUS" make me doubt my decision. What does that mean? Who are the developers of "Sailfish OS RUS"? What kind of changes can they do with Sailfish OS? Can they decide to drop the support of device? Please explain the differences in details. Thanks.

Sailfish Mobile OS Rus- is a modification of OS developed by http://omprussia.ru/ in collaboration with Jolla, only for B2B. This is NOT the OS you'll receive if purchase Inoi R7 at shop.
Sailfish OS RUS- is a modification of OS for average customers developed by Jolla. This version is targeted to Russian market and if you buy Inoi R7 at https://buyon.ru/1311520/inoi-r7/ you will receive device with this OS preinstalled. It differs with original Sailfish OS only by the "Открытая мобильная платформа" splascreen logo during boot. This is the same Sailfish OS you using on the any other devices you like. Lack of Aliendalvik support and XT9 for Inoi R7 is a licencing issue, not a difference between OS-es.

In Inoi R7 description i have found "*Данная версия операционной системы Sailfish Mobile OS RUS не поддерживает работу с приложениями Android." This means that Sailfish Mobile OS RUS do not support Android apps. I don't think that it is impossible to change this, but i think that there is no AlienDelvik inside.

Inoi R7. There is no Android support at all. The actual version is 2.1.1.26. If you need the phone with SFOS & Android support, SailfishX will be the best choice

Maybe in future they will implement somekind of additional market like Yandex store (but now yandex store based on android apps). Anyway, this branch of SFOS will be oriented to Russian market and government companies.
