[bug] Xperia picture orientation while orientation locked

When I lock the phone screen orientation - pictures taken after that appear always 90dgr mis-oriented. Happens both from SFOS and Android - WhatsApp does not obey the orientation lock in camera mode but the pictures are 90dgr off.
