[bug] When (BT) headphones connected phone audio can't be routed to loud-speaker

SFOSX 2.1.3.5: When (BT) headphones are connected to the phone the phone audio cannot be (re)routed to the loud-speaker. The phone application allows the loud-speaker to be selected but the audio remains in the std. phone speaker/mic :(
(this is F5122 - which may affect the issue?)
