Why does my Jolla phone ask for PIN code even though the SIM card is removed?
I accidentally noticed this now after I have switched to Xperia and don't use the Jolla phone on daily basis anymore. I just update it and use it for testing purposes. After installing 2.1.3.7 and rebooting, the phone asked for the PIN code although I have no SIM card in it. I did not reflect on it first, but just entered the PIN code I had used for the SIM card on the Jolla phone and the phone approved the code. When I had entered the code I started wondering why it asked for it. I rebooted again and I noticed the PIN code dialog can be bypassed by canceling.
Still, I find it odd that the phone asks for the PIN code without any SIM card in it. Is this a bug?
