Hey, My Jolla has been slowly degrading over the last month or so - bits and pieces have stopped working, so i've decided to factory reset it.

The problems are:

1) Handset is not recognised when connected by USB, in Win 10, Win7 or Ubuntu 16.04, so i can't access Recovery Mode

2) The Handset Lock Code doesn't seem to be working - i've set it, but the handset doesn't need it to unlock, and i can't change it, so I can't access Settings -> Factory Reset as it requires the handset unlock PIN

I can access the handset via SSh, but when i try connecting and go through the process to try and upgrade the OS (version --dup) , i get the message :

/usr/bin/rnd-dist-upgrade: symbol lookup error: /usr/bin/rnd-dist-upgrade: undefined symbol: _ZN13SsuDeviceInfoC1E7QString

when i run
btrfs-balancer allocation

i get

Total: 14763950080 bytes Used: 11156177551 bytes Allocated: 75 %

Kinda stuck - any advice?

Ta
