Apps crashing on Aqua Fish

Ive noticed that the sailfish os apps like Quickddit, Tweetian and the browser have started crashing frequently. This did not happen at all earlier but now i cant go an hour without a crash, especially of Quickddit as i use it often.
I do have android support on but only whatsapp is the active app. I used top command and found that i have about 122mb of memory free. Could that be the reason? If so, how can i remedy this? This started happening recently, maybe a month back and slowly the crashes became more frequent.
Im running Sailfish 2.1.1.23 on Intex Aqua Fish.
