Swipe to unlock from right edge to left after pushing the Xperia X Power Wake Button often times requires pushing the power wake button three times!
1. wake
2. Sleep
3. Wake
4. Swipe to Unlock
Otherwise if the phone was sleeping more than say 15min it gets stuck at

Did you enable the double-tap to wake up feature? I had similar problems with it, i.e. an unresponsive screen, or even no wakeup at all (required reboot). And battery drain too. After reverting to the default settings, I had no more problems of that kind. So I leave double-tap disabled for now, though I really liked it while it worked. Hope it gets fixed soon!

$ mcetool -i disabled
$ mcetool --set-doubletap-wakeu p=never
Everything is back to normal. Wakes and swipes properly! I can live without the double tap until the bugs mentioned above are ironed out.
