I am an android developer. Several users of my app asked me to add my app to Jolla Harbor, saying it works properly on Jolla devices. I did. My app now has several dozen reviews. I don't have a Jolla device and I've found no way to view the reviews from the Jolla Harbor Dashboard.

Am I missing something? How can I view my app's reviews without a Jolla device?

I tried writing to developer-care@jolla.com, but they didn't reply.

Then why not ask those users to copy/paste/screenshot the comments and post them here or email them to you, not the most desirable way really, but at least you could then read them.

The answer from bocephus is quite correct.

@Edz the app has links to my email and github page and a built-in bug reporter, so there is no shortage in feedback. I wanted to see those specific Jolla Harbor reviews. Looks like I will have to detect if I'm running on a Jolla device from now on. Thanks.

it definitely needs to happen. its inevitable, if jolla wants to grow harbour to a point where it actually can make a difference. the main reason jolla hasnt looked into it before, is that developers have not voiced their concerns/needs enough. as @bocephus correctly stated, jolla (once again) seems to wipe it under the rug with the classic "no resources" excuse, but in reality, pketo also expressed his interest to discuss things internally with the right people. so its also up to the devs to make sure their needs are clear in the first place.

there are many things harbour can/should have.

Hmm, if a request in the top 10 of the TJC most voted topics ever is considered "not voiced enough", what else do you propose?

Most of the Sailors at Jolla are developers or tech guys, and they obviously know that feedback is important. It's just that there is always more important stuff to do. Roadmap is not driven by devs.

You can't. And don't expect it to change anytime soon. As Jolla employee Pami Ketolainen said at the latest mer-meeting Dec. 21:

<pketo_> M4rtinK: same applies to that, we would like to have a web interface for developers to read and reply to comments, but a lot of stuff would need fixing before adding features makes much sense</pketo_>

And you can't do it even from the SDK... At least I haven't found a way.

Oh, wow - I guess I haven considered this use case (developers without a Jolla device). It's already pretty bad if you have a device, but in this case it turns from bad to abysmal/impossible.
