Possible to transfer data from Nokia Suite?

I have been using a Nokia 808 Pure View, with Symbian Belle OS, until a few days ago, and have used Nokia Suite to back up contacts, notes, gallery etc.. Is there a good way to be able to transfer the data from the computer to Sony Xperia X, with Sailfish X? (Not able to turn on the 808.)
Have both sycroniced and backed up data from the Nokia 808 Pure View stored on the computer.
