Launching camera app in Android apps crashes Android App, causes Sailfish to freeze.

Within Android messaging apps, when launching the camera from within the Android App, the Xperia X often freezes, showing the camera view but it also being frozen. Work around is wait, close related apps, try again.
The freezing of the OS and camera function occurs especially when quickly switching between apps and quickly trying to launch the camera function. When waiting 1minute after activating the Android App, and then launching the Camera usually it does not crash.
