Store: Comments moderation, notification and direct messages

Would be great if the developer / author of app could get a notifications (e-mail) of new comments from the store and also be able to see and respond to them through the harbour interface. I would also like to be able to respond directly to specific comments in public or private. Also moderation of application comments would sometimes be good to have as some people are a bit too eager to use bad language.

currently there is no practical solution to respond to user comments. i also miss an option to edit my own comments. A web-interface for comments and other ways of contact would also improve the usability for developers.

@Keto In case of duplicates, normally an older question (this) would be left there. But if closing an older would be ok to the OP @onion as well, why not. I agree there's a valid point combining these two into one question, either way.
