Email fails after password change

I'm running version 2.1.3.7 on my Jolla. Up until recently, all my email accounts worked fine. However, now, two of them have failed after a password change (my union & work ones). Firstly, the new password wouldn't save, so I tried deleting the accounts and setting them up again. Now, they both fail to accept the credentials and complete set up at all.

Any help gratefully received as I really rely on being able to access these.

Confirmed recently with Sailfish X, version 2.1.3.7, after changing password.

I did try to wait for appr. 12 h, but when it still did not work, I got it working by deleting the account and recreating it.

As I said in another topic about Exchange, this is a common problem that occurred for my Jolla 1, Intex Aquafish and now my Xperia X. Usually it starts to work again after a day or two of occasional rebooting. Recreating accounts does not always help (did once however) so usually I just wait patiently.

Thanks, I did try waiting (im)patiently and rebooting a few times but after well over a month, I think that's not going to work.....
