Jolla C: phone services are breaking constantly

Not sure as the result of what, but recently my Jolla C became nearly unusable for phone calls. Phone services are breaking constantly! Reboot of course helps but only for ~5m - 1hour. Then the issue reappears. What can I do to troubleshoot it? Or should I just wait for new update in hope that it will fix broken packages / configs or something?

P.S. Just got one more notification about broken phone services... :(
Update: reinstalling phone application DIDNT help, it was just coincidence. Today I already had to reboot 3 time. Would appreciate any other ideas.
The first thing I would try, is remove and reinstall the phone application,
It may or may not solve your problem but is easy enough to try, you'll need to use terminal to perform the function.
In Terminal, type this;
