Hello, we have two SFOSX phones here. On one of them the gesture for fast closing app (swipe down from top) is selected but do not work. On our second phone all is configured exactly the same and on this phone fast closing gesture works.
Any hints for this? Mcetool and hidden settings?

Maybe a hardware failure? I had a failing touchscreen at the top edge with my Xperia X.
You can check your hardware with the CSD tool, just enter *#*#310#*#* in the phone app to start it.

Seems all to be good and a software problem? Swiping from the top works, but SFOS does not what it should :-(

After running the test more times it also fails the touch at surround .
Thanks for clarification. Would be a warranty issue
