Jolla together app crashes on 2.1.4 [answered]

Same on Jolla1 with SFOS version 2.1.4.13

Remove it and download the other version on Openrepos, it doesn't crash for me.

The same is happening here. Some apps are crashing, the Jolla Together client more often than anyone else.

not experiencing described problems. but the app seems to crash on itself when i'm not even in the app, then when I tyr to reopen app it just vanishes quite swiftly

@Dreej - yes, I also have experienced the same bug with the People's app (contacts) where by editing the contact's Website address, causes the app to crash back to the switcher screen.

It is also worth leaving a message on the repo of the original author of the application, but there is every chance the author is no longer developing for Sailfish.

Why do you want to use a dedicated app for Together, when all you need to do is go to https://together.jolla.com/ in your browser?

Great point, why should smartphones have so many apps when all they need is just a browser to acess all the services inside it? The ecosystem of smartphones based on apps is wrong so, you're a visionary, let's back to feature phones cause due to your damn smart logic we don't need apps anymore, just browsers and mobile sites, incredible Mr. Brainstorm, you changed the world on a single comment.

It crashes on my Xperia X too (2.14.13). I can reproduce it by scrolling to the bottom of the current questions list. It seems like the crash occurs when the next item is fetched for display in the infinite scroll.

@bocephus, @tamarindojuice: Your question/critiqe regarding Apps seems kinda counterproductive but still: The browser is fine and all but for a more streamlined view the app is much more convenient. Plus it just looks better.

I can confirm, app crashes reproducibly when I use the function followed questions. This happens since Upgrade to 2.4.13.

I added an issue on the software page on github. Hopefully we get an update from the author!

The jollatogether app is almost useless for me, it mostly crashes within seconds after starting. The crash is sometimes triggered by scrolling down. Here is from the log:

I am surprised that there is no update for the app yet, although several have already reported this problem. I would like to know when an update is expected?
