After update to 2.1.4.14 phone is slowing down, especially phone and contacts application. In phone application call view not appeared in moment of incoming or outgoing call.

I know this sounds stupid, but give it a day or two. I had the same problem but was busy with work and didn't have time to reflash/diagnose aside from cursory htop and ps. About a day and a half later, it was back to its old snappy self. This was on 2.1.4.12 pre-release, so I waited for 2.1.4.14 official release to reflash. After flashing 2.1.3.4 and updating to 2.1.4.14 with version --dup, I noticed the exact same slowdowns. I gave it another day and a half, and it's fine again. I haven't looked too much into it, but there's probably some indexing/settling going on post-install.
