Bluetooth visibility [not relevant]

Hi people, I want to ask if its any way to override default visiblity setting. My point is this: When I enable bluetooth via shortcut on shortcut screen, it goes on, but I am invisible and I must go to settings > bluetooth and when i am here, i am visible, or I can set permanent or limited visiblity.

It is really annoying for me, because when I want to use bluetooth, I turn it on. When I don´t want to use, I turn it off and thats all.

So, my question is, how to be visible instantly and permanently after turning bluetooth on? I don´t need to be invisible. Is there any file in system which controls this? Or how to do it?

Thanks for tips

When I select "Visibility: On", it stays on if I disable and re-enable the bluetooth. Do you mean that even if "On" is selected I am not really visible?

And btw why do you need to be visible so often?

Ok, so it's switched back "Off". Yeah specifying the device is important. And what about my second question?

It looks like this problem is solved - I have changed device to Xperia X and SFOS Nurmonjoki and problem is solved now.
