Mobile connection drops 2.1.4.14 [duplicate]

After update to 2.1.4.14 on XperiaX, the mobile connection sometimes drops out (happened twice in one day). I believe this occurs when wifi data is on and then is unavailable (moving out of range). Then all comms are unavailable. The greyed out cellular icon is shown and calls/sms become unavailable. A reboot reestablishes mobile connectivity. This is a serious bug that can result in missed calls. I am using the phone on the Telstra network (AU) and call connectivity and handover from wifi to mobile data was working perfectly before 2.1.4.14 update.

Only after using Piepmatz though...

The update to 2.1.4.14 fixed this issue, but introduced another one; I can't click on any links from SailfishOS apps (ie event feed, default email, piepmatz, pengviini). Android apps work fine though...

I don't think this is a duplicate, network was working fine before update, so it's a new bug
