Are you meaning ported devices, (phones that have Sailfish ported to them)? If so, they have Android support, if they are officially supported ports, (ported by Jolla, not by the community - Xperia X, for example). For community ports, Android support 'works' theoretically, but technically 'can't' be installed, because the files are proprietary, (not open [not free]), so it's not allowed for anyone to just use them or pass them around unofficially.

will jolla officially support anbox development ? as i dont think aliendalvik will be upgraded or Freed of license issues whereas Anbox is opensource and can be used on ported Phones.

Thanks for the reply I am using it on Redmi 4X now , and its have community port. So it is like we don't have Android support on community ports.

I have Xperia x compact, and no official support, but I happen to have gotten hold of files from Xperia x, and it works. I have seen posts on Maemo forum with links to older version of aliendalvik, and supposedly-working instructions, but haven't had to try myself. Look in XDA forum for Xperia x compact, find thread for Sailfish os on xc, and check posts 31 and 52

@Levone1 Be aware that this is illegal.

Ok. I originally thought so, but when I saw the files posted conspicuously on Gdrive and Maemo, with no objections from mods or anyone else, I figured maybe no one cares about the old version files anymore. .. I will gladly edit/remove post if the consensus here is that it contributes to shadiness... Thanks
