Using apps like Telegram the keyboard and icons make a click when pressed but i dont find any option to turn off this clicks. Im using Sailfish X on Jolla 1 i havent this click issue.

It's a bug some people experience in Sailfish, you'll have to delete the sound file manually. Your answer is here: https://together.jolla.com/question/141791/cannot-mute-tap-sound-for-android-apps/
And so the question is a duplicate ;)
Thank you for the answer, maybe is a duplicate question but delete or rename a OS file is not the better solution.

You often find the possibility to silence the keys in the preferences of the app itselfe. Do you use the Aliendalvic-Control (coderus) from openrepos? There you have the option to activate or deactivate "touch sounds" for android apps
Edit: I don't use Sailfish X, so it's just s guess. What about Preferences>Sound and Feedback(?)>scroll down to Touchscreen Sounds and deactivate?
