[Sailfish X] SIM 1 Unknown

Hi,
I'm trying to get my KPN (Netherlands) SIM to work but when trying to enter the pincode it doesn't work. Also in the top of the screen it says : SIM 1 Unknown.
Looks like the provider isn't supported? Any solutions for this?

thanks, do you know how i can edit the files? Do i need to do that on the phone or edit an img file? i have a windows machine.
