Incoming SMS Delayed, incoming calls not ringing at all or showing as missed. [answered]

Is there something I can do? If I can't count on the basic functions of a phone, I'm very concerned. This happens intermittently. SMS will eventually come in. It is a Sony Xperia X on version 2.1.4.14. I generally have no problems making outbound calls/texts.

Especially after WLAN has been active, then disabled or after going out of range, (sometimes) the cellular and phone functionality are gone. Especially it's problematic with phone functions as you don't know if it's working or not, if you are not calling yourself. You don't receive calls or sms's. Data connections can usually be fixed with flight mode off/on, but normal call functionality needs powering off the phone.

Someone even wrote an app just for restarting ofono service.
