[bug] Xperia X does not recognize SIM password

Hi,

I'm trying to get my Experia X working with Sailfish but up to now no luck.

I started up the device with the SIM in it. The SIM is recognized. The network says: 'SIM1 - Unknown'.

After entering the pin code it gives a pincode error. (i'm entering the right one 100% for sure)

I tried the dual sim method (altering the properties file etc, but that doesn't change anything sadly enough'.

Any suggestions? kind regards, steven

How old is your SIM?

hi, it is 4 years old. It works fine in my iphone 6 & 7. What could be different about an older sim that makes jolla not recognize it?

@someone Did you try your SIM under Android first before flashing SFOS?

No, sorry, i didn't try it with this sim under android. It worked under ios and the phone is a new one, so i presume this should work.
