Sort lock screen quick action shortcuts

In Sailfish X, version 2.1.4.14, when selecting the Lock Screen shortcuts in Settings, you cannot configure them so that the Silence sounds quick action is the last one, at the bottom of the list (so it could be the first one selected when using the pulley menu in the lock screen).
This happens because the quick actions seem to always be placed at the top of the list and the app shortcuts at the bottom.
The option to sort the selected shortcuts (no matter if they are quick actions or apps) would be very helpful in this case.
