[bug?] Sound Remains After Video is Gone

If I play a You Tube video, and close the browser while it is still playing, the video and the sound are both gone. Then, after turning off the phone, and turning it back on, I automatically start hearing the sound from the video that was playing before, even though there are no videos playing, or any apps open. I haven't tested too extensively, but it has happened consistently with Firefox Android app.
Anyway, not really suffering about it, just thought it might be interesting to some people who keep track of this stuff.
