Hi. After updating to version 2.2.0.29 I have some issues. I think they are caused by the change of the path of the sdcard. All my music files and pictures from my sdcard are now shown twice in the Media and the Galery app.

I understand your comment, but I think all points are effected by changing the path of the sdcard? I try to edit my question

@dirksche I updated the title, so it's clear what you mean - otherwise it sounds like the topic is about various 2.2.0 issues. All your problems have to do with the new SD card location. You can use Sailfish Utilities and refresh the media database.

Regarding SD Cards and pictures shown twice in gallery: this might be do to changes of the path, see release notes:

About SD cards

New path to sdcard: symbolic link: /media/sdcard/<uuid>/, actual path /run/media/nemo/<uuid>/ Please read our help article on SD cards supported by Sailfish OS: https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201997993 </uuid></uuid>

EDIT: Solution for media duplicates in Gallery - use Sailfish Utilities (available in Jolla store) and refresh the media tracker database. This will automatically reboot the phone.

Okay, they change the path. But why are all files shown twice? Any idea of a workaround? I already booted the system without sdcard and reboot again with sdcard inserted. No change. All files are shown twice

I just checked: I have no doubles in gallery after this update. but I had the problem earlier when i moved some of my music and pictures to the SD card and made (for other purposes) a symlink to the sd card. I understand that such symlink is now introduced per default.

It's possible that tracker haven't removed files from its db. You can try to reset it: Settings -> Utilities -> Tracker database.

You need to have Jolla Utilities installed.
