Keyboard typing noise does not silence [answered]
The typing noise is consistently loud no matter if I set the phone to silent, disable system sounds or any of it on the latest 2.2 updates.

Yep, I noticed how loud typing had become after the update (2.2.0.29), but a quick visit to Sounds and feedback, deselecting 'Touch screen tones', the loud sounds are no more.
