Add pulley menu in ambience list in settings

I'd like to have a pulley menu in ambience list in settings app with item to "create ambience". This entry should open the gallery, where one can select the image that should be the base for the ambience.
This would add a natural way, in complement to the action directly from the gallery app, to create a new ambience.
Create a new ambience from what?, what do you propose will open/happen upon selecting 'Create ambience' ?, for the gallery to open to images and then manually tap ambience icon to make the ambience?
