Hello,

Possibly bug here...

Randomly Xperia X F5121 with SFOS v2.2.0.29 loses network connection (internet connection and the network totally so I can't even call a number). However I've had another phones nearby with same operator and they didn't ever lose network - not a single time. I have Elisa/Saunalahti (Finland).

This happens now on daily basis one or two times per day. Most often so that I haven't use the phone for a little while and then when I check the phone there is suddenly no connection.

Can't explain better to reproduce. Happens totally randomly, but I never witnessed this before update to 2.2.0.29 (only the loss of mobile internet happened with 2.1.4.14 which doesn't occur anymore with 2.2.0.29).

Every time I tried first to reboot the phone - no success. But I got the network back if I went to settings and took away "choose network automatically" and selected my operator from the list. Interesting was that I got my operator 4 times on the list, in other words; 4 times operator "Saunalahti". Then when phone looses network again, selecting "choose network automatically" will restore the network again. So, doesn't matter which one is selected - just by changing that selector will somehow refresh something - as far as I understand.

Anyone experiencing same annoyance?

...hate to loose important phone calls or communication when phone just thinks it's without network, although network would be available all the time...

can confirm that it can't restore the network when it has no network for a short time, but this issue was there in 2.1.4 too. Really annoying to tap flight mode on and off everytime after you lost the network in the basement for example. Network is E-Plus in Germany

I got the same issue on Xperia X. It's really annoying And I don't understand why Jolla did not fix this bug in 2.2.0.29. My favorite way to get connected again is devel-su systemctl restart ofono in terminal.

@h.berd I on the other hand didn't have this problem in 2.1.4. With 2.1.4 I had only mobile data disappearing sometimes - not the whole network like now.
