Hi folks, I just transferred a file to my phone via bluetooth and somehow can not find it. The gallery sees the file but doesn't tell where is it located. Now my questions:

  • What is the default folder for received files via bluetooth?
  • Can it be somewhere set manually?

It's strange that I never realized I don't know this folder before. Also in the transfer screen you can see the file but nowhere it's location...why?

There isn't a default folder for files.

If you bluetooth an image, you should find it in the Pictures folder, if it's a .pdf then it should be found in the Documents folder, just as a music file should be found in the Music folder and so on; to my knowledge, this is always how it has been on Jolla1.

As far as I remember (the same): Yes.

@PatsJolla, also note, that a short tap on a specific file in the Transfers listing opens it with its default application (determined by the file's MIME type).

Thanks for the answer yesterday I saw this behaviour finally myself but strangely one time it didn't work after transferring a little .mp4 file and it ended up lying in Home/nemo main folder...that was confusing.
