I am unable to add a Microsoft Exchange account to Mail on Sailfish X 2.2.0.29...Has this been dropped and removed from the Store and/or Mail app?

Thanks for a hint. Rémy

Same problem here. Actually, mine ceased to stop working from 2018-07-15.

I have it in the store (Xperia X F5121 2.2.0.29). Sorry, can't test if it works, but in the store it is available for me..

Please make sure that you you have signed in from your Xperia to the same Jolla account that you used for purchasing the Sailfish X license. If you have done this already, then make sure you do not have any Android apps (not even Aptoide Store) installed before you install Android Support. Uninstall Android apps, restart the device and then install Android Support.

The license makes the so-called licensed content available in Jolla Store, allowing to download and install them.

After you have signed in to this same Jolla account from your Xperia X device, the licensed content (Android support, MS Exchange support, and predictive text input) becomes available at Jolla Store under the category 'Jolla'. Restarting the device may be required in some cases. Hopefully this could be the remedy to the problem.

To word it a bit clearer:

Once you connect a Xperia X to the Jolla store with the account that you have purchased the license with it will register the IMEI of the Xperia X and attach the licenses for Exchange and Android Support to it.

If you later have to exchange the phone and get a new IMEI you need request the IMEI to be removed from your account so you can register a new one!
