Can't update or install any app in Jolla Store [duplicate]

Since some month I can't update (or install) any apps from Jolla store; there is only a note "is updating" which never ends; I've waited for hours and the cpu-usage lies at 25% all the time. Only a reboot of the device or killing the store-client can stop this. And now also the sailfish update to version won't be executed. There is only a note "preparing the update" which also never ends (still waiting for hours).

Some month ago everything was fine; I could update and install from jolla store and I could execute every past os-update without any problems.

I can exclude the typical faults: I have a stable wlan-connection (I can check all websites i want with the browser), the date and time of the device is correct. And my jolla account is still working.

Do you have any idea which could be the problem?

I've checked your links but no one is matching to my problem description. I don't have any account problems, I am getting no error message from Jolla store (just the note "is updating" which never ends) and I have no problems with the pkcon refresh; this ist still running without any errors.
