MMS subject is not shown in message view

MMS messages can have a subject, just like an e-mail. However the Jolla messages application doesn't show the subject of messages in the converation view.
One of my friends own an iPhone, which sometimes converts normal SMS to MMS. My guess is it's done for long messages, instead of making them concatenated.
If the attachment isn't downloaded I can see a subject, but as soon as the attachment is downloaded the subject disappears, e.g. last night I saw it reading "Good evening!" and the attachment status as "problem downloading MMS". As soon as the attached text was downloaded the subject disappeared.
Having looked in commhistory.db regarding another issue I could see that subject is stored as a column of its own. Hence the bug is that it is not shown in the message view, making those messages affected loose information when displayed.
Also, still present in 3.0.0
