Xperia: No Sound from left speaker and reciever

During a phone call, the partner can hear me but I do not hear my partner. The CSD Tests for Stereo speaker and reciever playback fail: Reciever playback: no sound at all Stereo loudspeaker playback: I only hear "rigth speaker" When plugging a headset, I hear both. How likely is it that the hardware really is not working? Is there a chance to map the reciever speaker to the right speaker? Any other ideas? Os Version is Nurmonjoki.
