how long does new update take on Jolla phone? [answered]

download was about 15 min, but installation is not ready since nearly 2 hours. Allways the same display, the sailfish logo, the words: Sailfish OS an the white line (complete white). thanks for help

You need to reboot the phone by holding POWER + VOL_UP buttons together.
