I have reset the mms / apn settings, but still does not work. Worked immediately after the update, but then stopped. Using Walmart phone service which is through tmobile lines.

Turns out I needed to use fast.t-mobile.com as the APN. Works now.

Just tested mms on Xperia X, 2.2.1.18 Nurmonjoki, Vodafone, LTE, Germany -> works fine.

Maybe an issue with your provider or settings?
