Reciever dead [duplicate]

Hi! I bought my phone in 2014 and had no issues so far. But a few days ago my reciever (the speaker above the screen) seems to be dead. When i call someone or answer a call i can't hear phone signal nor the voice of the person i am calling. I have no idea what may have caused this the phone was inside my house but it wasn't exposed to any physical harm. CLS-Tool just confirmed that it's not working allright. Is there some easy way for deeper diagnosis?

Thank you in advance

before going the replacement, check that there isn't lint stuck in the audio jack, making the board thinking that it should route audio to the jack instead the built-in speaker.

thank you for the Answer, i just tried to clean the audio jack, did the CLS-Test again. First i heard nothing, neither from Reciever nor from the Loudspeaker, then i plugged earphones and heard the test melody through the cinch-cable. When i unplugged it it switched to loudspeaker. I think however that this rules out that something is stuck in the audiojack.

My friend told me about Joll abeafiore and now I am reading about that here ans so many people have posted their questions here. It's a really good website and essay writing services uk also have the details about many more such types of websites. It has become so much easy to talk about everything neccessary over here.
